Has my order been dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. All orders are fully tracked and if your order is placed before 15:00 (BST), we should have it wrapped and packed to go out that evening. Orders placed after 15:00 (BST) will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note, our couriers operate around the clock, so it is not unusual for orders to be dispatched as late as midnight.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Not at the moment. We're constantly tyring to improve your experience, so hope to offer more delivery options soon.

Can I collect my order from a store?

Not at this stage. We are currently an online only business and our products are exclusively available online at www.leojospeh.com. Please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know as and when we open any stores.

Will I be charged handling and customs fees?

The customer is responsible for paying all customs and/or duties due on the items once they have left UK shores. There are no duties due or fees to pay on UK & EU parcels and our prices are all inclusive of VAT.

Is Leo Joseph clothing true to size?

Please refer to our size guides and more importantly to the measurements of the model on the product page. As a general rule, our clothing fits true to size when compared with other brands.

Are all swim short styles sized the same?

We strive to keep things consistent. Please refer to our size guides on the product page. In general, once you have found your Leo Joseph size, you will be that size across the entire collection.

Where does Leo Joseph manufacturer its clothing?

We produce all of our clothing in Europe. The majority of our products are made in Portugal. We choose our factories very carefully and it is still very important to us to maintain a close relationship with each of them.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We are continually replenishing stock, but occasionally popular style will become unavaible. If an item is out of stock, please fill in the 'notify me' box on the product page and we'll be in touch as soon as the item is back in stock.

What is your returns policy?

For all purchases, we operate a no quibble exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 30 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

While we aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible, it can take up to 8 working days for us to get replacement product to you. If you need your item more urgently than this, we strongly recommend placing another order and requesting a full refund on the original order. Please note we cannot send out replacements until the originals are safely received back at our warehouse in their original and unworn condition.
